Given the recent news headlines about BPA chemi...

Given the recent news headlines about BPA chemicals etc...I am after advice on how people are preparing their bottles. What is your daily routine?? My dd is formula fed and i like to prepare 6 bottles with water ready for the day(i add the formula as needed). BUT how do you heat up the water...are microwaves safe? Also can you leave bottles of water on the bench (at room temperature) for the day..or do you need to put them in the fridge? How do u sterilise if tey are now saying boiling leeches the chemicals too...? Thank you for your help!!
